Blast from the past ……
Just preparing for Pentecost and came across this hymn from way back in the 1980’s when I was lucky enough to be there in the time of Fr Gerry Proctor who had an amzing ministry with young people in St. Helens and beyond!
This recording features Tongues of Fire from St. Cuthbert’s, St. Helens as well as Dave Glynn-Whitehead, Heather Rowson and Jenny Whittall. There’s some stellar guitar work from Alan Crawford, all produced by the oh so gifted Pete Haslam! (HERE’S THE MUSIC – copyright Kevin Mayhew Publishers)
